Why is birthday required?

Recognizing Staff members, friends and other parents birthday’s can makes someone’s day a little brighter! There may also be an age requirement for classes or events. If you are uncomfortable providing this information you can simply select the option to hide it from the directory so only you can see it.

Policies

▪︎Students must be bathroom independent for all classes except mommy-and-me electives.

▪︎Drop-off begins 10 minutes before class.

▪︎Please pick-up no later than 15 minutes after class ends. $5 per every 15 minutes thereafter will be added to your bill for the following month.

▪︎Please send your student with a leak proof water bottle, lunch, and snacks (optional).

▪︎Please dress your student in clothes that are comfortable to play and get messy in. You may also send a change of clothes. If sending girls in dresses, please have them wear shorts underneath.

▪︎No Stone Unturned will follow the Choctaw/Nicoma Park School District calendar for holiday closings. We will remind parents at the beginning of the month if there are scheduled closings.

▪︎If CNP School District closes for weather, we will also close. Additional weather closures will be at the discretion of No Stone Unturned.

▪︎Payment is due the 1st of each month.

▪︎A late fee of $15 will be assessed if payment is not made by the 14th day after the due date. The late fee will be added to your bill for the following month.

▪︎Non-payment will result in removal from all classes until payment is made. If payment arrangement is required, please speak to us. Please let us know if you will be direct billing Epic or Braintree Academy.

▪︎“Three Strikes, and you’re out” If there are three incidents related to aggression: punching, biting, slapping, cursing, etc., we reserve the right to remove the student from all classes. Some serious incidents may result in immediate removal. Verbal and written warnings will be given.

▪︎Students may also be dismissed due to parents/guardians who are consistently disrespectful or belligerent.

▪︎We will not release children to anyone who is not on the authorized drop-off/pick-up list.

▪︎In order to promote a proactive learning environment, students 3rd grade and higher are required to read and write independently.

▪︎30 days notice is required before leaving a Monday/Thursday class.

Liability Waiver

▪︎I herby, for myself and on behalf of my child, agree to save and hold harmless and fully indemnify No Stone Unturned, on the account that all normal safety procedures have been taken, from any and all liability for any personal injury or injury to any third-party child resulting from my child's actions/participation in class activities.
